Publish & Unpublish Assets

Much like the Pages within Gato, documents uploaded to the D.A.M. must be published in order for them to be visible within your site.

Publish an asset

  1. Click the More icon which looks like a series of three dots at the top of your screen.
  2. Select the asset you wish to publish by clicking it.
  3. Click Publish from the menu on the right.
  4. If you have an entire folder of assets you wish to publish all at one time, select the folder by clicking it and then click Publish incl. subnodes.

Unpublish an asset

  1. Click the More icon which looks like a series of three dots at the top of your screen.
  2. Select the asset you wish to unpublish by clicking it.
  3. Click Unublish from the menu on the right.

Asset Status

Green triangle is the published status in Gato Published asset status
Yellow circle is the draft status in Gato Modified asset status
Red square is the unpublished status in Gato Unpublished asset status
